March 26/07Alt. DB Curls: 45x20 RP Hammer Curls: 50x18 RP Standing Calf Raises: 395x10 295x20 Calf Stretch: 60 sec. Flite Lying Leg Curls: 90x18 RP Squats: 315x10 225x20 Excellent workout today. NO Shotgun is really making a difference. I'm finding I have a lot more energy and strength. As we all know, one more rep is encouraging!! BOYAKASHA!!! ;D Great numbers Terry!

interesting split Terry. Nevertheless great workouts! No shotgun is beast. I need to get more! Thanks Andrew. DC is a very interesting concept. My body has respsonded quite well to it thus far. As for NO Shotgun, it's awesome!!!

Incline Smith Bench: 295x15 RP
Upright Rows: 110x18 RP
RG Bench: 225x18 RP
CG Pulldowns (straight bar): 200x20 RP
Partial Deads: 405x5 (new personal best!!!) 225x12
Great workout today. I was really happy with the partial deads. I was able to up my personal best to 405! I was very proud of this!!! ;D

Stiff Deads: 145x20 RP
Leg Press: 19 plates x 16 RP
A tough one once again! Got in and out of the gym in 55 min. flat! Workout buddy didn't show up so I had to go at it alone.
