Pinwheels: 65 x 9 40 x 10
Seated Calf Raises: 6 plates x 8 4 plates x 15
Seated Ham Curls: 240 x 20 RP (new p.b.)
Hacks: 10 plates x 12 (new p.b.) 6 plates x 10
A great workout today. I was able to get 2 new personal bests on hams and quads!!!! ;D

NICE PR's "T" Any thoughts about competing? Nothing yet Randy. I'm still looking into adding some additional size using DC. Maybe in the late summer/early fall. That will have given me a full year of using DC. We'll see.

Machine Shoulder Press: 180x22 RP (new pb)
Seated Rope Extentions: 90x20 RP
Flite Pulldowns: 230x15 RP
DB Rows: 110x6 105x8
A great workout today!!! Felt nauseous this morning at around 3am. Still managed to get to the gym by 6am. Felt a lot better once I hit the iron.

Standing Calf Raises: 395x20 RP
Flite Lying Leg Curls: 90x18 RP
Squats: 375x10 225x20
Cardio: 10 min. walking on treadmill 10 min. running on treadmill Total cals: 300
A very tough and grueling workout today. Still able to up some of the weights and also decided to add some cardio as well.

Total cals: 700
Hanging Leg Raises: 4 sets x max
Ab Crunch Machine: 4 sets x max
Tough workout today considering yesterday's leg workout. Either way, I had lots of energy and solid focus!!!
