Thanks for your comments Hoopies! Shooted some footage for my DVD 2 days ago: On season workout (in the gym) without shirt on! I think this footage will be some of the best of the DVD since i looked by far my best i've ever looked (even vs contests days). I'll try to post screen shots! It was a strange feeling to be half naked in the gym while everyone was looking in my direction... asking themself what was going on with this bizarre guy

Hehe, thanks Terry! (Question to myself: Is he telling me that because he saw some of the poundage i used or because he saw how much carbs i ate? ;D ) Merci mon ami! Keith, i highly appreciate your vote of confidence, but i'm pretty sure of something… unfortunatly i wont win this show (at least this year )! I keep being 100% into it with the diet, the trainings and the lifestyle, but for now, those guys are ahead of me! But make no mystakes, i suggest them to train VERY VERY HARD because in a couple of years i'll be there to kick their a?? ;D I dont like this next sentance but, it's going to be my first WNSO pro show so i'm just proud and happy to be on stage with some of these guys! (ok ok... if i can place well and show them there is a new sheriff in town i'll be even more proud and happy ) PS: But one think is for sure: I'll give them a show like they rarely or never seen before! Entertainment ALL THE WAY, 100% guarantee!

Thank you all... it feels very good to read comments like that! I'm so anxious to step on stage... as i write this, i'm 11 days out! I must also admit that i'm a bit tired of being on a on season diet, i need a small break after dieting since mid december... but i'll think about that AFTER june 17th because for now, i'm on a mission! Tim, you sell yourself short in spite of your terrific bodybuilding career, so dont expect me to stop doing it after only a couple of contests under the belt ;D Richard, thanks for the compliment about the symmetry! If it's really a strength for me, i hope the judges will look for that! Terry, is there any chances i'll see you in Toronto? PS: Thanks for looking at my journal sunshineslynn!

I do some rest pauses at times but I`m really going to incorporate them on almost everything this off-season.
