Haagan-Das makes it, it's called "Haagan-Das Reserve" and you'll only find it in pints. They also make an Amazon Valley Cocoa, Lehua Sweet Cream (this stuff is THE BOMB- and I never say that about anything!), Sesame Coconut, and the Brazilian Acai (pronounced Ah-sigh-ee) Berry. The last one is good, but I left it out on the counter for a half an hour and it was still rock hard-too hard to get a spoon into! We might have to reformulate that one. :-\ WOW!! YUM!

do you do your lunges static or walking? I devised an evil triset of walking lunges for one of my clients and she said her legs were sore for a week hows Jen going with her training/diet?

I do them walking in place. Alternating feet each rep. In the squat rack. Jen is doing well... Not going nuts yet.

Just got back from my 1 hour walk with Jule. Damn its HOT outside!! I felt like the walking dead. Although the severe PAIN in my legs indicates that I am not... Dragg'n ass my friends..

For delts. Do a front raise and then bring the db's to a side raise position and then down by the sides. Now its a side raise and bring them to the front and down to the front. Repeate.. I think round the worlds is really a name for a chest exercise, but....
