I like the suspense.. ;D I am doing well. Minor diet adjustments and things are flowing again. Still at about 198, but leaner Good to hear, Randy........ Stay focused, and kick butt in the gym. Keith

Just pulverized Chest and Bi's.. Wow!!! Didnt even want to hit it today. Glad I did.. Woke me up!!! ;D Sitting down to a 1 Lb top round right now.. I LOVE STEAK!!! Weirdly enough,when you don`t feel like training, and have to literallyt force yourself to go,is when you usually end up having a helluva` day!! I usually love to hit the gym but I get like that on occasion. Good stuff bro,stay on point!

I mean, how much more mass can he pack on his frame? In his avatar, the contest picture rivals that of Branch Warren, the man has far too much muscle, but he's still not big enough. You never are........

MO tried to kill me today. He suggested a leg routine to me. He said it would be challenging!!! OH MY!!!

Good stuff Went something like: Flat bench 135 x 15 185 x 10 225 x 6 245 x 6 275 x 3 315 x 1 275 x 3, drop - 225 x 5, drop - 185 x 5?? 275 x 2, drop - 225 x 4, drop - 185 x 4 + 3 negs 275 x 2 + 2 negs, drop - 225 x 2 + 2 negs, drop - 185 x 3-4 + 1 forced + 1 neg Incl hammer press 1+1/4 reps + RP 140 x 10, 5,3 160 x 8,4,2 180 x 6-8,3,2, + NEGS! BM flye machine RP with satic holds on each RP 95 x 10,5,3 105 x 8,3,2 115 x 6 RP x 2, Drop x 4 RP x 3, Drop x 4 RP x 2 HOLD!!! DB flyes 35 x 12 w/ 3 second holds at the stretch position + 40 second stretch at the end.. Then just quick medicine ball abs

We Rousted chest!!!! OH MY.. Good stuff Why did you roust it? Was it sleeping or something? I've roasted chickens before, and roasted during a few workouts, but never rousted my chest. I might try it however! Nice workouts there Rubi- looking good and keep up the good work!
