Yeah. Its sounds crazy, but I am gaining muscle while losing fat! Not crazy at all. I've done it, Charles Poliquin backs the theory (anything he says I abide by!), and I've seen others do it too. If a high school kid says "I want to build muscle and lose fat at the same time...." I tell him it's not possible, just because I know if he does that he'll be asking why it's taking so long to "get big." When you gain muscle and lose fat simultaneously, you take away 50% from each aspect. So, it's possible, but you don't do it overnight like a majority of the people want/expect.

I think its possible, its like YB said I don't think you necessarily get bigger though because you're gaining muscle at about the same rate that you're losing fat which translates into ripped lean full muscles!
