Just ran 5 miles w/ Jule.. It is HOT out. Humid! Like a warm wet blanket.
May hit Hard Knock's gym today. Its a HARDCORE gym not too far from me.

Went and BLASTED arms RAMO style!
Then hit the track and did 5 sprints (hundreds) + 1 sprint the straights, jog the curves..
Fun stuff!

About an hour fifteen - twenty I used to spend 45 minutes tops in the gym. I have been spending 45 - 1 1/2 hour training now. I am getting MUCH more conditioned due to the increase

Thats the plan Rich. They guy I sometimes train with was out that day. I got alot more done when he is not around. He's kinda a P.I.M.A. (Pain in my ass)!!!

Doesnt Polquin recomend carbs? He does, and doesn't. Depends on his clients and how they respond to them. He'll talk about Milos Sarcev and his ability to eat 2lbs of pasta while staying 4% body fat year round. Then he turns around to say that 2/3'rds of the world cannot tolerate carbs the way a normal person would eat (300g+/day) them. So, for the most part, he's low carb proponent but when the occasional client can tolerate them, he doesn't hesitate to recommend that he/she eats them.
