Had PIZZA night last night. YUM!!!! Fries (Natural) Pizza (healthy) TLC crackers + hummus & some sour patch kidz (not so healthy) Oh. The excitement of it all!!!

Good workouts Randy! Looks like you're pulling out all the weapons this time! Hows the diet lookin? Diet is good Joel. I have decided to not really count much this time. I am eating by feel. Protein is staying at 300 or more grams per day. Carbs are up and down.
