Good workouts Randy! Looks like you're pulling out all the weapons this time! Hows the diet lookin? Diet is good Joel. I have decided to not really count much this time. I am eating by feel. Protein is staying at 300 or more grams per day. Carbs are up and down. Sounds good Randy, I never count anything!
