Put your arms out with a DB in each hand, with your palms facing up. Bring the DB's together over your head. Then bring them back to start.. know what I mean? I know what you mean, but exactly what part of your shoulder does that work? Pretty awkward, in other words "less bang for your buck," if you're doing that for front delts. I can't see it working any other part, though. #smileydunno9gx#

I dont know what my BF is Joel. My BW is 194-195 WOW I can't wait to see RAMO results! your prob jacked at that weight right now! My weight fluctuates. Its prob up due to pizza night. Not really sure though. I will know by wed what it is really looking like for the week. I would have to guess 192-193 by the end of the week. I am pretty much on target. maybe 7% BF..
