Ahhh, that carb up meal sounds all too familiar... Are you doing the Yankee Classic, Randy? If so, I'm psyched for you; it sounds like it will be a great show! Ha Ha MO.. I will eat these carbs either tomorrow night or the next. We will see.. I am living on egg's + whites + fish + asparagus + water. I think I deserve some glycogen here!!!

Carbed up tonight, so I will assume BW will be up in the am. I am shooting for 183 or less by the end of the week.
Sick striations in my delts. Obliques are CARVED!!
