Hope so Tim. I think my intensity is out the window, but i am trying as if I have any left! That`s exactly how you should feel IMO..............stay strong and you`ll get a second wind........keep pushing! I just got a second wind Tim. Too bad its an hour past my bed time..

7/13/07 Just did the stadium stairs down and back 5 X !!! Walked Jule 4 miles Off to work and then its Bi's and Tri's + more cardio!

I've been trying to get back online for ages, using computers at the library whenever i could get chance. Work has been busy and loads of other stuff going on, and time has just rolled by so fast. I had to stop being so tight with my money and go out and buy a laptop. Money well spent as i can get back online and get my ass back into gear Since last year training has been scrappy but even though i was taking a break from the iron, i still couldn't break the eating habits. I looked through my old journal the other day and i seemed to change my plan every 5 minutes. I can't do that now as my time is pretty limited which is good as i get to be more consistant. I get chance to fit in 2 days of weight training a week now as i kickbox for 3 days, this on top of doing house removals for my job is plenty of exersise. I'm down in weight but i feel more enjoyment from all aspects of my training now. The kickboxing helps me to be more sociable and to blow off steam, and weights keep my strength and lifestyle in check. I still got loads of stuff to catch up on the site so i'll end this post here and get back to some more reading
