I remember when we had a quiet time on here, Tim had computer problems and traffic was slow. It was mostly you, me and Mo on here. Now there are a lot of top quality guys and gals on here, all supportive of each other and willing to push others towards their goals and to offer and even receive advice. This is the physique of someone who did is homeworks… I cant way until next week to see the final result… in fact i'm very excited about it, you are going to do greeeeeat at the show!!! And dont worry about striated glutes… they'll come with dehydration! BTW, have you strated to drink like a maniac? IMO, You cant drink to much… so let's drink!! Stay intense… last two weeks buddy!!!!!!!! PS: Lux, I remember this… it was the good old time!

I've been trying to get back online for ages, using computers at the library whenever i could get chance. Work has been busy and loads of other stuff going on, and time has just rolled by so fast. I had to stop being so tight with my money and go out and buy a laptop. Money well spent as i can get back online and get my ass back into gear Since last year training has been scrappy but even though i was taking a break from the iron, i still couldn't break the eating habits. I looked through my old journal the other day and i seemed to change my plan every 5 minutes. I can't do that now as my time is pretty limited which is good as i get to be more consistant. I get chance to fit in 2 days of weight training a week now as i kickbox for 3 days, this on top of doing house removals for my job is plenty of exersise. I'm down in weight but i feel more enjoyment from all aspects of my training now. The kickboxing helps me to be more sociable and to blow off steam, and weights keep my strength and lifestyle in check. I still got loads of stuff to catch up on the site so i'll end this post here and get back to some more reading Thats all good man. So glad to hear that you are doing well!!!

7/16/07 Not the greatest leg day today, but got it done. Went to a different gym so that I could use some different equip. This way I am not angry about my lack of strength due to being 2 weeks out.

Just able to catch back up with your progress, Randy. Looking great! Stay focused and keep thinking about being on that stage! OCB is all about coming in as shredded as possible. For what it's worth, my last couple of weeks I kept telling myself to forget about size and being filled out and just keep burning fat to get ripped, and it seemed to work. You've got great proportions, symmetry, and definition; just keep cutting it up!

Just walked Jule about 20 minutes before hitting the hay. Eating a salad and having a frozen whey + almond butter. YUM..
I am feeling really good right now (Mentaly). Dont know why. I actualy increased my calories and lowered my cardio. This could have something to do with it. Dunno, but its all good.
