7/18/07 10 days !!!!! OH BOY!!
Its been a tuff week mentally. I made a big move this week by switching gyms. I was hesitant on this move because I did not want to disrupt my clients. To my surprise EVERYONE was more than happy with my decision. We all went to a bigger better place. Its a load off my back now that its all said and done. I can get back to focusing on this show..

Good work Randy! We have Free Motion equipment at our gym, I haven't used it much but it seems to work really smooth.

Pretty much beat up Bi's and Tri's today. Last real training session before the final week. I goy quit a bit of video footage which I am eager to put up. Just need to wait for Jen to show me how.
Got some better pic's too. I was a bit embarresed to share the others, but they are all I had.
Ohhhhh. I cant wait!
