So far today. Woke up VERY dry and LEAN. Good sing after a carb refeed. Hopefully this is some indication of what the last carb up will bring.

1) 1 grapefruit + 10 egg whites + 4 oz asparagus + 1 tblspn Almons butter + 10 salt shakes + WATER

AND I want pics! ;D I actually feel pretty good considering.... I was a bit out of it a little while ago. We left the gym and went to the grocery store. I needed to get out of there and eat!!! Other than that I feel real good. Better than I did 3 weeks out. I am much weaker in te gym but that is to be expected. Thanks for checking in Saph! Thanks for the comments.
