12 weeks out… only 75g of carbs... and still strong as a bear! I'm happy to see that Randy, because how we are able to retain our muscle mass while dieting is often what makes the difference between first and second spot!

Okay. The carbs are up a little, but only about 100 grams, all from greens and grapefruit.
Breakdown:
Cals 2500 aprox.
P 287 g F 100 g C 100 g

16 minutes on stepmill, fat burn +, level 6, 188 cals

Yes. I measure my veggies. I get my carbs from brocc., green beans, spinach, asparagus, and grapefruit...
Diet is excellent so far. I am about 199, shooting for maybe 198 by the end of the week.
Had my carb up last night. Everything is coming together nicely now!

One of my dates gave me some WTF look when I asked the waiter for this and that and how much do i get 1 cup of veggies no butter etc. hahah She finally understood what i'm doing.
