back in semi-contest prep. 24 weeks out from a show in mid may in olean NY. i competed at 197 last time and am 216ish right now. i NEED to come in around 180 this time to be lean enough. carbs are around 400 grams a day now and gonna try to keep them high for a while as i like my fullness on them. strength is through the roof and back is gettin large, i'm gonna post up my weeks lifts tomorrow

DB press 3x8 100 110 120
incline 3x5 225 230 230 drop set of 135, quarter reps
hammer strength chest machine
push downs supersetted with over head DB press
very sleepy, now its time for the best part of the day, PWO FEEDING!!

i'm here, been busy with work and such. my workouts got all backwards so today was leg day.
front squat: 205x2 235x1 250x1 260x1 280x1
leg press 3x8 450 550 650
hack sqt 3x5 405 405 435
leg raise
leg curl
calfs
pheew! that was a rough one. time to go limp around work all night!!!

had a good day despite the injury. i had to nix pull downs and pulls up but was still able to do several types of rows without too much pain, so all is good!!
