19 weeks out!!!!! time to get it going again with carb cycles and cardio. may 17th in olean, ny. another USBF show.
todays my high carb day and this is how it looks:(what i am going to do is drop one carb meal a day and add a fat. so today will be 6 carb meals, tomorrow 5, wednesday 4 and so on, with no carbs on sundays)
45 min cardio
1: 2 scoop whey, 1.5 cup oats
lift
2: directly after lift, whey and 70 grams dextrose
3: chicken rice
4: chicken rice
5: chicken rice
6: chicken rice

yesterdays chest/tris went good, cardio went good in the AM, still feels easy at this point.
3 board press 225x5 245x3 295x1 320x1 355x1 385x1 (easy) 405xmiss (soooooooooo close)
incline barbell 245x5 250x5 255x5
hammer strength chest decline 3x10, 315
skulls 3x12 pullovers 3x12 dips 1 burnout set
off to do legs, god speed all!

and PS tim, the show was reeeeeeeeeeeally small last year, only 25 total competitors. so the more the better. just dont tell any heavy weights about it, i want hardware lol

thx fit! tomorrow will mark 18 weeks out, feeling good. i started at 218ish 2 weeks ago and i was 214 this morn. 180 is in my sites! i WILL NOT get stuck at 200lbs this time, even if i have to cut off a leg

nice man look forward to meeting you. got chest/tris today let ya'll know how it goes
had a cheat day yesterday with pasta and meatballs and i didnt bloat too much, just got nice and full so you gotta love that. gonna stick to the carb cycle though and have a high day today

it takes it toll on the back and hips though, but i feel at 24 years old its worth it at this point. so FIT, can you push me around in a wheel chair in 5 years, just park me in front of a mirror
