it takes it toll on the back and hips though, but i feel at 24 years old its worth it at this point. so FIT, can you push me around in a wheel chair in 5 years, just park me in front of a mirror Sure! It'll cost you $10k a week. :0

Bags, I like the hardcore workouts in your journal… but the best part of it… is truly reading the conversations between Chris and you :-) you guys made me laugh with the "cut off a leg" comments :-)
Bags, I'm also 213-214 right now (at 6' ) and need to go under 200lbs by the end of April, so we're in a similar situation I guess...

good luck MO, like i said i competed in october at 197 and want to reach 180, so sounds like the winter for both of us will be spent doing cardio, god speed friend!

down to 212 today pre-cardio, so all is well and i'm right on schedule. saving my next couple cheat meals for the superbowl and valintines day. on a side note, my buddy took pics at my show in october and i just saw them today for the first time. . .i think he may have captured me in a pic that will forever go down in bodybuilding lor as scary!!!

chest and tris, good day down too 211, today was a high carb day though and i need those carbs BAD floor press 225x3 275x1 315x1 335x1 365x1 (new PR) incline barbell 3x3 255x3 255x3 255x3 hammer strength chest press 3x15, 225 dumbell press 3x12, 80lbs, did 3/4 quarter reps to get a nice pump tricep kickbacks 3x12 tricep pull overs supersetted with tricep pushdowns chest is tired, i needs my whey and dextrose

todays leg day was 100% brutal!!!
squats (ass to ground) 225 10 sets of 10
calfs abs
thats it, thats plenty. now i gotta crawl around work tonight. I LOVE IT

sorry everyone for no updates, been busy this week moving into a new house. training is going well, i am down to 206 with still the goal of 180 by contest time, which is only 12 weeks out. its gonna be a push to the finish now! i;ve upped the intesity of the cardio and ramping up my heartrate over 150, i this point i just gotta understand that i gotta sacrifice some muscle. be well i'll keep everyone posted
