Hoops! Is cardio after a leg workout good for an individual planning on putting mass on his legs?? For that answer i would say NO. the only time i do cardio with legs is during contest prep and then the cardio is real light. In my off season i do not do cardio on leg days. I feel that i bash them hard enough with the heavy weights that i dont want to ruin what i have done and break them down with cardio.

Not a mind blowing workout i know, however, i know that i have to take it slow and easy with my return. Stamina took a big hit though.

Workouts are great! Can you give us a little update on your current diet? How's your shape right now? I stopped my diet on May 17th after 22 weeks of dieting. I'm giving myself a 10 day recharge then starting up on it again. Plan is to stay lean for a while. During my 10 days i ate a lot of fruit that i had been craving like: water mellon, strawberries grapes and apples(green)..Some pizza not a whole lot..Other than that i pretty much just ate a bunch of fruit. After Monday I'm back at it. At the end of 22 weeks with the last 3.5 without cardio due to pneumonia i looked really really good. An still look good. However now i am back to being able to do cardio so i want to slam it for a little bit just to see for my own sake. Wife is pushing me to find a show cause of all the hard work i did then noe being able to compete. So we shall see...

Thanks guys! Feeling pretty damn good. May look for a show in late summer to early fall. going to stay lean and maybe even get a little leaner throughout the summer.
