Probably 3 days low, 1 day high Sounds good, thats the way I've been doing it. I may even go at it a lil more hardcore. More like a Palumbo diet. I only have about 10 weeks, so... I think I will do Scivations C.H.A. diet and see if I can handle it

Diet today
1) 6 Whole eggs + 4 whites
2) 8 oz chicken + 4 Tblspn NPB
3) 2 scoops whey + 4 Tblspn NPB
4) same as 2
5) Same as 2
6) Prob. 8 oz lean steak + 36 Almonds

I like to push harder at the beginning or middle of a diet so I can kinda cruse the last few weeks. Sounds like you've got a handle on things.

Looks like my kind of diet!
If I remember right, you generally keep carbs pretty low due to stomch issues, yes? So transitioning to very low/no carbs is pretty easy for you?

I am full of answers uh? If I had to guess, 200 Lbs @ 10%..... I will know better next week when I get my new scale for my gym. I only record working sets. I dont do many warm ups anyway
