I dont remember the weights. I just killed it in 4 sets

Standing PT Calf (DC style) 180 x 8 180 x 7 180 x 6
Super set with:
Kettle bell swings 20 x 20 (two hands) 20 x 20 (Each hand) 20 x 20 (Alternating hands, so really 40)
Heavy bag for about 3 rounds
SSW/
Lying med ball ab crunch + twist 3 sets each
