How was the pizza night Randy? Hope you enjoyed it although there was no Ice cream :-)
Workouts look solid and intenseā¦ and you seem to still be very strong! Who said dieting would affect us?
Bodyweight is what you want it to be?

Bodyweight is what you want it to be? Well done Randy! Hey Mo. Thanks for checking in. Workouts are going well. All except legs. Still have the knee and the groin issue. I also feel very weak on legs. I think its due to diet + CARDIO! Pizza night was GREAT! I cut down a bit each week. BW fluctuates. Def. not as lean as I should be. I need more time, but I am still trying to pull this off. Just dont know if it is possible.

My feet always get numb on the eliptical! Keep up the fight Randy. I'm doing the Max-OT cardio this off season but I actually think I get better results fat loss wise, just slogging it out on the treadmill for 30-40 minutes. I'll probably mix it up when I get serious about getting lean. Keep up the good fight!

Oh wow Randy. Your shoulders have exploded with strength. Look at those 60's for lateral raises and 195 for Mil Press... insane. Always impressive. Getting to my goals.. I love gaining strength. Its the only way I can controll my progress... I hope to be 2 x as strong before all this is over Thanks for checking COS

Wide chins BW x 10,8,7,6,6,6,7
CG chins w/ weight + 30 x 6 + 30 x 6
BB row 250 x 6 255 x 6
BB wrist curl 95 x 10 95 x 10 95 x 10
Not bad. I have done any sort of chins once in the last year or two. BB row has been done sporadically as well. All due to the forearm issue. So with that being said I am happy with the way it went.
