MEALS
1) 6 egg whites + 1 whole + 2 slices Turkey bacon + 2 peices LF provalone + 1 whole grapefruit
2) Cookie Monster
3) 6 oz chicken + 1 cup green beans + 2 Tblspn NAB
4) Same as (3)
5) 6 oz Top Round + mixed veggies
6) 2 scoops whey + 1 Tblspn NPB

Looking strong Randy---- I love your style of training! Thanks again Rog... Boy am I pathetic on flat bench.... Don't feel bad Randy, my flat bench sucks ! A guy I know at the gym loaded 400lbs on the bar today just as I was leaving and pressed it with ease! He doesn't look very muscular or anything, but man that guy can press! Same guy can knock out 10 reps with 315. He does this 2-3 times a week!

Same here- guy at my gym does the same workout 3x a week- always the same chest workout- of course his legs and everything else look like he works them out hard but he never does- bastage and his blessed genetics!
Any way- he does a lot of flat sets... eventually doing 4-5 sets of 8-10 reps betw4een 325 and 415... and he ain't struggling.

Randy, my flat bench isn't up to my other lifts, but I don't care so much, since Im pretty strong on other chest exercises.

I mean, first, as a bodybuilder, the objective is to have a good chest, not to be strong, which you SURE have! Second, I know that there is a big part of you who is a powerlifter so the strength aspect is important for you :-) so let's take an objective look at it. Flat bench vs overall chest strength - You have clients so I'm sure you can see it like I do: You can use 255lbs for 4 to 6 reps on the bench and if we look at your incline bench (210lbs) and incline dumbels (around 95lbs for 6) we can see that the proportions are as good as anyone else's. It's also very similar to my chest lifts proportions. Flat bench vs overall strength - I have taken a look at the journal of some strong guys in here (James, Joel, Eric) and look at the "weight for chest vs weight for squat and dead" ratio… and I can tell you now that your ratio is not less impressive than those guys. In my opinion, we all tend to think that our flat bench is not good enough because we compare ourself with those guys who only do flat bench in the gym… and for sure develop some serious strength on it… compared to the other exercises (ration thing again). Be patient Randy, you'll progress faster than you think! :-)

You also have to remember that I am different than most, where I strongly believe that stregth over time = more size, so when something is stalling I see NO size in the near future!
