3/20/08 Mil press 195 x 4 185 x 4 185 x 3 PT press 270 x 6 270 x 4 DB side lats 65 x 6 65 x 6 CG bench 225 x 5 225 x 5 225 x 4 Overhead DB ext (no back support) 100 x 6 100 x 4 You must admit that these lifts are not bad at all! Come on Randy, as said Joel, just focus on your conditioning now, you'll have all your life to focus on strength after April 26th! :-) Let's go my friend, I'm with you!!! PS: And the Montreal's Canadiens won by 2 goals yesterday :-) so if the Boston's Bruins cant come back strong tomorrow... the lunch is gonna be expensive for you after the show :-p

Bent over BB row 265 x 6 275 x 6 * Did an extra set. Felt strong 295 x 6 PR ***

3/24/08 Decided to change the order this week to avoid burnout.
Incl Bench 205 x 6 210 x 6 215 x 5 *(Pinched a nerve in my upper back and neck! OUCH!)
Flat bench 225 x 5 225 x 5
WIDE dips w/ weight + 35 x 6 + 45 x 6 + 55 x 6 (Extra set because first two were easy)

No, I think I would break if I tried maxing out these days! lol I did compete when I was in high school, ABOUT 100 YEARS AGO!! LOL I did a 325 benchpress and a 465 deadlift when I was a senior. Got 3rd in the state. NICE! Must have been harder back then, lifting just rocks with your bare hands... No wonder why you are such a freak Hey, we actually had olympic weights back then! Not the kind you had to fill with lead shot, like Eugene Sandow! I'm not as old as Tim you know! lol ;D

1) 6 egg whites + 4 whole eggs + 1 slice cheese + 2 strips Turkey bacon
2) 2 scoops whey + 2.5 Tblspn NPB
3) 1.5 Turkey burgers + 2 Tblspn NPB
4) 2 scoop whey + 2.5 Tblspn NPB
5) 8 oz Lean beef + veggies + salad with 1 Tblspn olive oil
6) 2 scoops whey + 2.5 Tblspn NPB

You're a warrior Randy. Sorry to hear you hurt yourself. Try Hot/cold showers or bath, light stretching and a sports massage if you have the time. Diet looks good, too.
