You're a warrior Randy. Sorry to hear you hurt yourself. Try Hot/cold showers or bath, light stretching and a sports massage if you have the time. Diet looks good, too. Thanks... It feels a bit better today. Hopefully it wil be gone in a couple days

Hey Randy... what is a mill press?? Military press.. Ah DUH!!! I thought it was some new fangled Randy thingie. LOL!!! Hey went to the doc for checkup... 116??? That is what the scale said. I will check MY scale in the am. I think it was off. Although the doc said no.

Nice one Randy! I really am going to have to give fronts a go. Haven't done them in years. I used to be fairly strong on them but you're right the weight drilling into your shoulders (and throat) is a biach!
