Great squats & stiff leg Randy- How many warm up sets do you do ? Depends. I'd say 3-5 Squats maybe 135 x 10 225 x 8 315 x 6 Then go... When I get back over 400 I will do another warm up with 365 x 4 If I go over 500 I do a couple more Stiffs 135 x 8 225 x 6 315 x 4 Go time.... Something like this anyway..
