That's some very good numbers on the bench press Randy, is your chest any stronger than before?
So how did the Row exercise feel after so long?

My bench and shoulder press have always been my worst exercises. They are now progressing. Slowly, but surely. I would like to bench 405. Doable.. The rows felt great. Still a little pain in the forearm, but not even close to teh old pain.

If so, at least you can still have a very decent back workout everytime anyway! Hehe, do you remember those crazy sets of Pull at the Atlantis pull down machine when you were in Montreal... we were in the zone that's for sure! Great memories!

There is also pain on the pulldowns. I havent done chins in a Looooooong time either. I was using a palms in grip for the past year or so on pulldowns and row. Just recently have I been able to switch back.
The Montreal back day was SICK! We should of had video for that!

I am now on the fence about competing this season. I am enjoying getting bigger and stronger. I am pondering the idea of taking the whole year off to continue to grow.. Dunno... taking the year off as in stop working out??

Seriously though, I wouldn't take too much time off between competitions. It does make it tough to get back into the kind of condition thats required.
