Goals, well, still just trying to find the balance between keeping the weight off, gaining lean mass slowly and allowing myself to enjoy the rest of life. I should be shredded by now but I've made little progress due to real life: much travel for work, friends own a restauraunt etc... so...

BB Curl (with 55lb oly/power bar) I've actually never curled with a bench bar before 85x6 90x6 90x5
Standing DB Preacher 40x5 40x5
Pinwheel 40x5 40x45
CG Decline Bench 185x6 195x4 195x4
Skullcrushers 55x6 55x6 These coule be heavier but haven't done them in some time and they occasionally bother my elbow. Kept the reps very slow, maybe 4-5 seconds up and same down.
DB Overhead extensions 60x5 60x5
Need to extend the rest periods a little and go heavier

I hear ya, sounds like you live an interesting lifesyle though! Have you read over the Lifestyle diet from Scivation Books? I'm planning on using that stratigy after my show to stay somewhat lean in the off season.
