Once again, awesome training! Everybody at my gym is curious about my training and wanting to know more about it now! It really does set you up to make some good strength gains if you do it properly.

Very True Joel!! We are going back to max ot next week though. We need to start hitting some heavy weights for a PL meet

Squats
415x6 415x6
Seated leg curl
165x12 180x8
Walked 30 minutes Kept the volume low because my legs are still not fully recovered from Friday. Had to do them to get back on the max ot schedule.
