8/28/09 Seated Mil press 180 x 6 185 x 4 185 x 3 Nice job on the Militarys, Randy! Funny but the weights on our lifts seem SO similiar it's crazy. I just recently got 185lbs for a few on those for the first time... Granted, I'm VERY off-season and you are contest lean, but it's interesting to read your workouts every day & see how close our weights are.. Keep it up!!!

Yep, that's DEFINITELY more volume!! LOL... Keep it up... Hope your experiment w/less cardio & more volume training works.. I don't see why it wouldn't.... That's how Lee Haney used to do it, but he was a freak, so who knows? I remember back in Arnolds day cardio was almost unheard of except for a 1 or 2 mile run on the beach here & there... Times have DEFINITELY changed!
