Randy, What kind of workout are you doing? Is that PRRS or Max-OT, or some variation? Also, I saw you said you did a LONG diet this time. How heavy did you actually get at your heaviest? Everything seemed to tighten up pretty well looking at your pics..You ended up looking GREAT!

Everything seemed to tighten up pretty well looking at your pics..You ended up looking GREAT! Thanks T.. I started dieting around Thanksgiving. I was up to 224!! OMG! Started by just cleaning things up, then moved back to Cut Diet and from there went CHA til the show.. Training is MAX OT. I play around here and there, but mainly max OT.. Will prob go back to DC in the off season. Once again. GREAT to see you back!

Diet looks right ON.... When is the next show? Oh, and sorry if I missed it, but what did you weigh in at for your last show(the one you posted pics of)? Looks like your skin was pretty tight even after losing so much weight.. GREAT job!
