Just have to keep up with it Dot. this is what sepperates the competitors from the spectators Randy is soooo right!!!! Hang in there. I understand the nausea thing, I get hypoglycemic VERY easy, so when I diet down I struggle a bit. Keep going, every day down is one day less to diet and one day closer to your goal!!!! Saturday 7/28/07 - we went and cheered Randy and Jen, they looked GREAT!
Sunday 7/29/07 - went to Cathy Savage (www.cathysavagefitness.com) with Cathy from my gym. I really like it. We did a 20 minute workout (thankfully we had the condensed version) I've never done anything like that before. I was totally out of breath, it was fun. Practiced posing. Cathy said that since we are getting ready for 1 show we really should do 2. We decided on the NCP Northeastern Tournament of Champions on October 13th in NH and the Granite State Open on October 27th. I spoke with Maggie Blanchard (www.maggiefit.com) and I ordered a 1-piece suit.
