Hi Beckie, I'm just starting to get back into shape Lately I've felt like crap. I'm starting the cut diet again and cardio. I just did 35 minutes at 3.2 speed at 6.0 incline and burned 209 cals.

Good for you! I've just started my new bulk-last time I didn't give myself enough time to bulk then cut so I'm starting now with a view to doing a show in September

I'm trying to do the actual Cut Diet from the book. It will take me a week to get my calories up. This time I'm hoping to actually make the 1800 mark, last time I only got to 1550. Monday 12/17/07 Wk 3, Day 1 FM Squat 100 x 10 100 x 10 100 x 10 Leg Press 180 x 10 180 x 10 180 x 8 Stiffs 50 x 10 60 x 10 60 x 10 Leg Ext. 80 x 10 OWWW! Pain in my knee, came from nowhere 50 x 3, 40 x 2 Leg Curl 80 x 10 80 x 10 80 x 8 Stand Calf 245 x 5, 230 x 5 230 x 10 230 x 10 Hammer Calf 180 x 10 180 x 10 180 x 10

I just can't get that 6th meal in Last night was suppose to be my carb up meal. I would have been sick if I had even taken a bite, the thought of food was making me ill. I'll just keep plugging away at it.

I'll just keep plugging away at it. More hard training will make you hungry. You gotta do the carb up when it comes around. 6th meal can be a scoop whey protein + a bit of Natty PB before bed
