Sunday 05/31/09 HIT 21 min 158 cals 1.59 dist Decided to stay on treadmill another 21 min more at 4 speed, decided to test the shins since they ached when I did 5.0 speed on the HIT. I upped the incline .5 each minute, ended at 10 incline on minute 20 178.5 cals Shins were fine total today 336.5
Total cardio for week is 1132.50
