I also wanted to take this time to personally thank my trainer, Eric Broser. As alot of you know,Eric has been putting together my training routines since December of 2006. Eric has become very well know for his P/RR/S system and is a featured writer in Ironman magazine. When Eric and I first spoke about him becoming my trainer, he never, not once, tried to get me to conform to his system as it was outlined in the general program. Instead, he took into consideration a multitude of factors, specifically relevent to me,......I like alot of volume...etc., etc.,.....and specifically designed a program that would best serve me. He has continually tweaked and modified the program as he sees it best fits MY purposes....no cookie cutter routine here. My muscles have taken on an entire new look, and the improvement has been dramatic. He has also been there as a friend and sincerely wants me to be the best I can be. This is just the start of what I know will be an extremely successful partnership, for many, many years to come. Eric, Thanks for being my trainer, and thank you for being a friend. Keith Anyone notice how the name Eric figures so prominently in my bodybuilding life!!? Must be some kind of karma! Keith...I am so damn proud of you that I literally cheered out loud when I got your email. As you know, I so badly wanted to go to the show yesterday, but unfortunately had too much on my plate. However, that did not stop me from thinking about how you were doing the ENTIRE day. In my heart, I KNEW you were kicking ass though...and you did not disappoint! As much as your physique has changed with the unique system of training I have been giving you, that is NOTHING compared to what I have in store for the future, because we are NOT STOPPING until you hold that Master's Nationals title!!

Here's a link to some photos from the show.............
iajephoto.com
You can find my pictures in the following sub galleries: --Men's Over 50 --Men's Open Middleweight --Men's Open Overall --Overall Champions
The pictures aren't the greatest cause they have that "do not reproduce" stripe though them...but it will give you an idea of the condition I was in.
I will post my own shots that I purchase from the show as soon as they are available....probably next week.

Keith, I just checked out your contest pics! Way to kick ass my friend! Your conditioning is fabulous and you were by far the obvious winner in a very tough contest!
You will be a national champion no doubt about it! You really impress the heck out of me and are a continuous source of inspiration!
Good luck in your next contest, although I don't think luck has anything to do with it! Its the hard work, heart and dedication to the sport that wins championships!
Congradulations, CHAMP! #amuscleman4dx#

Andrew and Joel: Thanks guys! Andrew....you have always been in my corner and I think the world of you, young man. Joel.....coming from an accomplished bodybuilder like yourself, any compliment always means the world to me. Like I said I wish the pictures didn't have that "proof" thing going through them, but I was very happy with the whole set in all four categories, as my conditioning was very evident in the pics.
Keith
BTW...did you guys see the shot where I almost lost it the second I realized I had won the whole show ( hand over eyes on the Men's Overall page). I just happened to be looking right at Keithy when everyone realized that I had won the whole show as they called my number.....I was overwhelmed for a second seeing him practically jump from his wheelchair...it is a moment I will NEVER forget.

"Tim, The age group I competed in, in the Master's division was the Over 50....they wouldn't let me do the 40 since I had won that previously, or the 35 for the same reason. In the end, it really didn't make any difference. Just went out and won everything!!!
Keith"
Hey, Keith. Since you are not 50, why did they have you compete in the Men's Master 50+ Class? It's great that you won the Class, but how did the other guys, who were over 50, feel about that? At 64, I have competed in the 60+, 50+ and 40+, but never in the 70+. LOL

Just wanted to let everyone know Keith won the Masters overall, the Middleweight class and the open overall. He won everything. Congratulations Keith! You busted your ass in the gym and on the diet and deserve it. Thanks, Eric.........I selected your post to quote because I want everyone to know how much you have done for me, with my diet, throughout this contest prep. You have stayed with me every step of the way, every day.....you're advice was ALWAYS 100% right on the button. Because of you, I achieved my BEST EVER condition. I learned more from you concerning diet in the last 6 weeks than I HAVE EVER KNOWN. It gives me the confidence to fully expect to keep improving and continue to get better each time out. I couldn't thank you enough if I tried........ See...............you put two Pitsburgh guys together and it's "get the hell out of the way!" ANYONE who doubts the dietary knowledge or effectiveness of anything Eric says in regards to how to diet, and , in particular, dieting for a contest, is a complete freakin moron!!! I consider myself VERY fortunate to have become his friend and as I said earlier,I could never thank him enough for what he has done for me. Eric....at the NABBA Nationals, after the show.....you got the biggest steak dinner and whatever the hell else you want to eat on me, buddy! Keith Thanks for the kind words Keith. It was a pleasure to help you out. I feel like we have known each other for years. You are going to be even better for the next show in 3 weeks and you better bring your check book to the NABBA Nationals because I can eat a cow after a contest diet. LOL

I just wanted to thank everyone who responded in such a great positive way............I truly feel that most people here are as genuinely happy for me as they would be for themselves. There definitely is a number of folks here that gives this place a real "family" feel. It is one of the few boards I have ever seen where most people can put their own ego aside and get real enjoyment through the success of others. I carried alot of support up there on stage with me Saturday.........for those of you who have expressed a genuine and sincere congratulatioins....I thank you from the bottom of my heart!
