Congrats Keith! It is definitely well deserved, you have put in the work and you should be very happy with the results, it couldn't happen to a better bodybuilder or a better person.

The man knows his stuff, and by the pics he posted a few weeks ago, he could have won the contest then. I can only imagine how he looked tonight on stage. Congrats on your win(s) Keith, when you read this. For now, get some good food in you, and rest up!!!

Just wanted to let everyone know Keith won the Masters overall, the Middleweight class and the open overall. He won everything. Congratulations Keith! You busted your ass in the gym and on the diet and deserve it. Thanks, Eric.........I selected your post to quote because I want everyone to know how much you have done for me, with my diet, throughout this contest prep. You have stayed with me every step of the way, every day.....you're advice was ALWAYS 100% right on the button. Because of you, I achieved my BEST EVER condition. I learned more from you concerning diet in the last 6 weeks than I HAVE EVER KNOWN. It gives me the confidence to fully expect to keep improving and continue to get better each time out. I couldn't thank you enough if I tried........ See...............you put two Pitsburgh guys together and it's "get the hell out of the way!" ANYONE who doubts the dietary knowledge or effectiveness of anything Eric says in regards to how to diet, and , in particular, dieting for a contest, is a complete freakin moron!!! I consider myself VERY fortunate to have become his friend and as I said earlier,I could never thank him enough for what he has done for me. Eric....at the NABBA Nationals, after the show.....you got the biggest steak dinner and whatever the hell else you want to eat on me, buddy! Keith

OKay...so I see Eric has posted the results form the show. Here is just a brief message about the contest.
The show itself was a very good show this year with some real quality physiques in every class of every division. There are alot of good bodybuilders down here in FL, and alot of them from the 5 county area turned out last night. I knew that I had won the Master's as soon as we were judged, and I felt the same about the Open Middleweight class.....( toughest class in the whole show).....because of the condition I came in at. The Overall... I knew would be between me and a very good heavyweight who came in around 250!, but again, it was my conditioning that carried the day! To a man.....each judge told me that my conditioning was phenomonal,..... one of the judges who has been around and judged high level shows all over the country in addition to judging this show every year, told me that was the best condition he had EVER seen a 50 year old contestant come in at, and it was the very first time in the 30 year history of the contest that a 50 year old won the entire show!!...........and if you read the post above this that I wrote, you will get an idea of who, besides myself, obviously, I consider responsible for this conditioning.. Thank you again, Eric Brugh!!!!The greatest thing about the Overall posedown was that the crowd was REALLY behind me and that pushed me even harder.....I went after him...hitting pose after pose that I knew he could not match in conditioning and in the end.......Toney Freeman ( now there's a large person!!) was presenting me with the Overall trophy!!! It was the first time I was nearly overcome with emotion on stage when announced the Overall winner..........it was the first time all four of my children saw me compete, and I can't describe the feeling in my heart when I saw all of them screaming and yelling for their dad......especially my little Keithy in his wheelchair in the front row practically jumping out of his seat!!!! After the shots for the magazine were taken, I asked the photographer if he could take one of me with my wife and kids on stage..........of all the picures I will get from the show, that is the one that I can't wait for......
There will be pictures from the show up on the photographer's web site.....he said maybe as soon as today....I will post the link when I know they are up.
And finally, to all of you who offered support and encouragement going into this show, I want to express a heart felt thanks to each one of you. Team WOTW rides again!!
Now.......on to the Southern States!!!!!
Keith

I also wanted to take this time to personally thank my trainer, Eric Broser. As alot of you know,Eric has been putting together my training routines since December of 2006. Eric has become very well know for his P/RR/S system and is a featured writer in Ironman magazine. When Eric and I first spoke about him becoming my trainer, he never, not once, tried to get me to conform to his system as it was outlined in the general program. Instead, he took into consideration a multitude of factors, specifically relevent to me,......I like alot of volume...etc., etc.,.....and specifically designed a program that would best serve me. He has continually tweaked and modified the program as he sees it best fits MY purposes....no cookie cutter routine here. My muscles have taken on an entire new look, and the improvement has been dramatic. He has also been there as a friend and sincerely wants me to be the best I can be. This is just the start of what I know will be an extremely successful partnership, for many, many years to come. Eric, Thanks for being my trainer, and thank you for being a friend. Keith Anyone notice how the name Eric figures so prominently in my bodybuilding life!!? Must be some kind of karma!

YEAH BABY !!!That`s what the fu*k I`m talking `bout! #arockon6ha# Tim, The age group I competed in, in the Master's division was the Over 50....they wouldn't let me do the 40 since I had won that previously, or the 35 for the same reason. In the end, it really didn't make any difference. Just went out and won everything!!! Keith
