Thanks for the words of encouragement. I wont lie this shoulder really has me down. My wife even notices it and i am trying to hide it from her. Like Tim said time to bust some hard legs.

Keep your chin up Hoops, like I said I had a severe rotator injury last fall. I couldn't lower an empty bar to my chest it hurt so bad. Had to sleep on my side because I couldn't put pressure on my scapula. But I never stopped training. Busted legs and back hard and did partial presses for my chest and shoulders. That shoulder horn apparatus really helped rehab. It still took about three months to heal but now its fine. SO HANG IN THERE IT WILL GET BETTER! Just do what you can and use common sense, don't force it. We're all with you!!!

Listen to these guys hoopie, i had a friend that is still recovering from shoulder surgery. He has a 6 month old girl and couldn't pick her up for 2 months to hold her, plus he has a big scar where the surgery didn't go as well as planned. Hang in there

My son, who is in the Air Force, just had shoulder surgery yesterday. They had to go in and remove a bone spur as well as some scar tissue.

Off day today. NO cardio! Just kinda had a day of fun. ate what i wanted and just kinda enjoyed the day. Kinda just a day of not worrying about the food i was eating or the cardio i should be doing. felt pretty good. Also my dumbass neighbor called at 11:30 a.m. and got me up. I cant wait till he works night turn. Payback is going to be hell!!!!!

Felt great today! No pain in shoulder area to speak of. Was it because of the exercises i dont know. All i know is that it didnt hurt today. Still going to ice it at work tonight like normal. Taking family to amusement park tomorrow so no legs till saturday...

Good one Hoops! I was able to train my back hard when I hurt my shoulder. Be thankful for small blessings!
Thanks for asking about my son, he had to have a bone spur and some scar tissue removed. I think there was some rotator cuff damage also. He'll start rehab in about a week.
Nothing like a good workout to lift the spirits!

Have ypou tried swapping the rep ranges for the leg ext and one of the other compound moves. In othere words, start with Leg ext for 12-15 reps. Then move on to compound # 1 @ 6-8 reps and then compound # 2 @ 9-11 reps???

PD 60x10 70x10 ss with WG Upright Rows 70x10x2 Cable Front Raise(drops) 47x6 40x6 32x6 My shoulders and chest felt like they were going to rip thru my skin! What a pump i had! Shoulder did well! Some slight pain but i was able to work around and thru it. Definately not like before. Arms Tuesday!!!!!!!!!!
