6 Meals(missed a meal due to 2.5 hour nap) Protein 208 Carbs 46 Fat 13

My carb total may be high as i went to a grad party and had to peel off the breading of the chicken breast. I couldnt get it all off however i got most of it. So what i did was gave myself a 10 on carbs and a 5 on fat for that meal. Didnt know what else to do other than starve and i hadnt brought anything to eat. So i figured chicken breast and peel off the breading was my next best option...So my totals may actually be lower than what's down there...

That darn treadmill can be a killer. Good job Hoops! I used to run for cardio until Tim got ahold of me. An i have to say i feel i get a better cardio w/o walking at a 10% incline for 30+ minutes than i ever did running...WEIRD!

treadmill 10% @ 3.8 mph 30 minutes treadmill 1% @ 3.0 mph 5 minutes(350 cals burned)
Hard cardio w/o today. Seemed like i fought my legs the entire time. Legs felt tired. Think tomorrow i will decrease the incline by half and go longer to take it easy on my legs. At least thats what i tell myself...

Whats funny Tim is i was thinking about that. I remember a few runs where i fought my legs the whole time. Makes me wonder if i did more harm than good, during those runs, on my muscles...

I think it would be massive overtraining. I never advocate running to anybody but a runner,and I never advocate cardio of any kind on leg day. In my opinion,if you trained legs correctly,you wouldn`t even want to think about doing cardio,and could barely do it anyway if you did entertain the idea.

Good workout Hoops! I just started using the treadmill last week. Its been much easier on my body than the bike or the eliptical machine.
