MOnday 6-5-06 Chest & Shoulders
Incline DB Press 90x8x3 (not to happy with these today)
Bench 250x10x2 255x10
Flies 55x12x2 (Too light)
Milt. Press 155x8x2
Bent Laterals 35x10 40x10x2
Cable Side Laterals 40x12x2
Behind Back Upright schrug/Row 105x14x2 (5 sec hold with each rep, last rep 15 sec hold)
Except for incline db press i had a good w/o. I dont know what was going on today with those, i felt out of control. I couldnt control my arms. Pressing them was good but my control was horrible. Dont know why either. Best way for me to put it is i felt like a drunk, just NO control...Other than that i had a good w/o. Actually if it wasnt for my training partner i would have walked out of the gym and left i was so mad with my inclines. He kept me under control and re-focused...
