Thanks everyone! Have to tell ya i felt the low carbs a little today. However the results its bring, its worth it. Off day tomorrow going to hit the cardio and tanning bed. Training partner and i have decided to take next week off. We havent had a week off in 4-5 months and my body is telling me so. Just going to bust some mad cardio next week. The following week back will start my training run for...........

Wednesday 6-7-06 CARDIO
Treadmill 10% incline@3.7 mph 30 minutes Treadmill 1% incline@3.0 mph 5 minutes(cool down)
Total cals burned 340
Doing a zero carb day today then a refeed tomorrow with 250g. Felt the no carbs today with that cardio effort. In all reality my last carb intake was yesterday at 1 pm...

Tim had me drop into the 200 range for a while. i was running mid 300's which was double my bw. Actually 250 is 1.5 times my body weight. I wasnt seeing any changes so he had me drop my protein intake to between 1 and 1.5 times my bw and carb cycle..Its been working well so far with little to no strength lose.

That zero carb day yesterday, WOW did i feel it. After a 25g day before and a 50 before that, it was a killer but today is a refeed. Allowed 240g today...
