A pretty good workout today. Tough doing those front squats and the walking lunges though.

Nice work "T" Still dieting? Thanks Randy. As for the diet, since the show was cancelled, I've tried to maintain it in the last couple of weeks. I'm hoping another show arises. If nothing comes up, I'll just go with hardcore off season "clean and lean" diet. I did manage to get to 192 (as of Yesterday)! Not too shabby for me since I rarely drop below 200!

Sounds like a good plan Terry. If you keep yourself lean in the off season I believe you will be able to get into harder condition than ever when you decide to compete.

DB Shoulder Press: 60x10 60x7 60x4
Shoulder Stretch: 60 sec.
Seated Rope Tricep Extentions: 80x10 80x6 80x3
Tricep Stretch: 50x60 sec.
Gravitron Pullups: 50x8 50x4 50x2
HS Rows: 270x8 230x12
Back Stretch: 60 sec.
An okay workout today. Not too happy with the DB presses. I did start with 95s but my spotter walked away and I had to drop down to 85s.

Ab Crunch Bench: 3 sets x 30
Weighted Crunches: 2 sets: 80 x 25
A good easy one today. Nice to get back to a regular routine!
