Bicep Stretch - 60 sec.
Seated Calves: 270x10 180x15
Seated Hams: 210x18
Ham Stretch: 60 sec.
Power Squat: 810x10 630x20
Quad Stretch - 60 sec.
A really good workout. Lots of strength and focus.

45 min. walking on Treadmill - level 8 - 10 @ 4.5 mph. Total cals: 650
Exercise Ball Weighted Ab Crunches: 3 sets x 40
Exercise Ball Pike Crunches: 3 sets x 50
Roman Chair Crunches: 3 sets x 40
A good workout today. Nice and simple. Cardio was awesome!

Flat DB Press: 100x14 PR
Chest Stretch: 40x60 sec.
Seated BB Shoulder Press: 115x19 PR
Shoulder Stretch 60 sec.
CG Bench: 205x 14 PR
Tricep Stretch: 35x60 sec.
Nutral Grip Lat Pulldowns: 210x20 PR
T-Bar Machine Rows: 135x10 105x15
Back Stretch: 60 sec.
A great workout today. I found a real difference using the DBs rather than the smith machine. A lot less stress on the shoulders! Also, I seemed to have gotten a better workout overall. #bbenchpress4zy#

Thanks Tim! I'm seeing the importance of trying various equipment (e.g. the smith machine). They have their place, but nothing beats free weights.

A very good workout today. Lots of energy and focus. Felt good doing the cardio!!

Nov. 1/06Decl. BB Press: 225x17 PR Chest Stretch: 40x60 sec. Upright Rows: 100x13 PR Shoulder Stretch: 60 sec. Icarian Pushdowns: 80x22 Tricep Stretch: 35x60 sec. Nutrual Pulldowns to Back: 180x14 PR Deads: 275x10 225x12 Back Stretch: 60 sec. Not a bad workout today...but not the best either. I had originally planned on bench dips using 4 plates - one problem...no spotter again so I had to load the weight myself...not to smart. So I decided to change to Pushdowns using the Icarian. Also, had a bit of a hard time with the deads as well. Not a lot of strength today.

A pretty good one today! Lot's of energy but tough ab workout. I did these really slow focusing on the negatives.
