Incl. DB Curls: 50x15 RP (new PB!!)
RG Cable Curls: 100x15 RP
Bicep Stretch: 60 sec.
Horizontal Single Leg-Press Calves: 315x15 RP
Smith Lunges: 200x18 RP
Ham Stretch: 60 sec.
Horizontal Leg Press: 340x10 240x20
Quad Stretch: 60 sec.
A pretty good workout today. I did manage to get a personal best on the curls! I did experience some pain in the ankle!! I hadn't had it for a few weeks but it started with the calf presses in the horizontal position. I may switch it to the vertical leg press next round to see if there is the same pain.

I got a lot to catch up on! I hope the rest pause training is rewarding for you Terry? I remember when i used rest pause, my legs never knew what the hell was going on I used a 8+8rp squats and saw my legs grow like never before! Even for 2 weeks after i stopped the rest pause and hardly trained legs, they still seemed to grow I'll find time to read through your journal soon, just not got much time today buddy

HS T-Bar Rows: 160x8 135x15
Back Stretch: 60 sec.
A very good workout today! Lots of strength and focus. Felt good getting back into the swing!!

Roman Leg Lifts: 4 sets x fatigue
An excellent workout today. Lots of energy and focus!!

I got one word..."DAMB!" I could hardly walk after this. The HS seated hams did me in. Then the power squat...legs were trembling..."DAMB!" A very good workout. ;D
