Nov. 9/06
Cardio & Abs
45 min. walking on treadmill - level 8 @ 4.5 mph.
Total cals: 625
Tri-Sets:
a) Exercise Ball Weighted Crunches 3 sets x fatigue (RP)
b) Lying Crunches 3 sets x fatigue (RP)
c) Pike Crunches 3 sets x fatigue (RP)
A great workout today. Cardio went very well. As for the ab part, I was able to finally get a really good burn. I decided to go slow once again and used RP for a change. What a difference!!

Flat DB Press: 100x12 RP
Chest Stretch: 35x60 sec.
Seated BB Shoulder Press: 115x17 RP
Shoulder Stretch: 60 sec.
CG Bench: 225x14 PR
Tricep Stretch: 40x60 sec.
Front Pulldowns: 210x15 PR
HS Single Arm Rows: 180x10 135x8
Back Stretch: 150x60 sec.
A very good workout today. I was able to increase some weight but had difficulty with the DB presses. The friggin weight began to slip out of my hands! I'll be using sponges next time around. Also, I screwed up on the CG Bench. My original weight was to be 205 but I read 225! Holy crapp is what I have to say.

I think I've found something that my body actually responds well to. DC is very tough and I'm usually pretty sore the next day, but I've noticed some changes since I've begun. We'll see what happens!!

Bicep Stretch - 60 sec.
Standing Sled Calves: 380x10 320x15
Lying Hams: 90x13 PR
Ham Stretch: 60 sec.
Power Hack Squat: 720x10 540x18
Quad Stretch - 60 sec.
A great workout today. Got into the gym at 5:30am and slammed the iron around for about 1 hour. Lots of focus and strength.
