I was gonna` try some 145 pound curls today................I wasn`t feeling as good as I was a couple of weeks ago so I stayed at 135..........still got a good 8 though.
Next time brother!!

Hamstrings seem to be a strong point for you! Never had that problem! lol
Hows the diet going? Are you doing the high pro. high fat diet?

To be strong while being on a pre-contest diet doesnt seem to be a problem for you hein Randy? Good job!!! Or maybe it is the fault of those "regretfuly added carbs" ;D
Randy, do you still have Allegro 4% chesse at home?
