Lookin good Randy. I'm going to work in some smith machine squats in my next training cycle. Hamstrings seem to be a strong point for you! Never had that problem! lol Hows the diet going? Are you doing the high pro. high fat diet? Diet has been all over the place. I added in some carbs regretfully. I am trying to pull them out once again. You? Well, I haven't been posting my diet lately but its about the same as usual. I've been having my cheat meals too frequently and my body fat shows it! I'm tightening things up a bit this week. Bdwt. is at about 210 which is the cutoff that I set for myself this winter.

1) 6 egg whites + 1 whole egg + 2 oz steak + 1/4 cup cheese + 1 tblspn light Smart Balance
2) 2 scoops whey + 2 Tblspns Natty PB
NO Shotgun
Natty PB snack pre workout
3) DURING WORKOUT, 2 scoops whey + 6 scoops Xtend
4) 6 oz steak + green beans
5) 6 oz chicken + 1 Tblspn Udo's choice beld oil
6) 2 scoops whey + 2 Tblspns Natty PB
7) 6 oz steak + Mixed veggies + 1 stuffed Mushroom
8) 2 scoops whey + 1 Tblspn Udo's

Are you still using VP2? I'm about out of whey and I'm thinking about going back to VP2, I've been using True Protein's whey isolate for over a year now but I'm a big fan of the VP2. Its probably the best whey out there.
