Tim are you in starvation mode? My goodness the food you ate on Mon is barely enough to preserve your muscle. You still have 9+ weeks right? Or is the date not set for the 5/5?? Also, do you have any current pics??

Mon. was around 195 grams of protein Jeremy.....low cal protein of course! I`m not sure what I`m weighing,but it`s nowhere close to 195. I`m starting to look much better and I`m gonna` go real low carbs for a few days. Power may be slipping a bit,not sure yet, but who cares as long as I get into top shape?

OK - You got it worked out as i knew you would - It just scared the cr@p out of me to see that!!! I am going the VERY low carb route myself. ALA Keith and it seems to be working fine. I'm getting in better shape than ever before this far out. It's not killing my workouts except I don't have the same endurance - I need to up the energy levels somehow pre-workout but my strneght is staying very good. 405 for a double on the incline the other night. new PR. Possibly some MCT oil or something. But i am staying very full and getting hard. My buddy took a look at my progress last night and thought my shoulder girdle was that of Markus Ruhl - with a bigger head of course - or did he mean I was just smaller? ? Let us know how the real low carbs go for you in the next couple of days. Jeremy

I think I`ll add just a bit of fat for energys sake,probably in the form of olive oil,natty PB,and egg yolks.
I`m doing a show on April 14th. in NYC, that`s why I`m trying to throw it into overdrive just a bit here.

I keep at least four egg yolks in a day (in the protein shakes) and red meat - deer, flank, etc. I like the idea of MCT oil but I may just use olive oil. Doing a show in April I can totally understand the hard diet. Are you holding the muscle OK??

Looks like you're moving towards the Anabolic diet! I'm very interested in trying it, I just need to work out the particulars of how much to eat and how far out from a contest would be the optimal time to be on it. I want to get ultra shredded this year!

How many carbs are you taking in Tim? In the past few days SJ,only the ones in my meal replacemnt for the most part. I`ll be dropping them soon also,and probably carb up bigtime on weekends.
