Competeing, Hell yeah DO IT T!!! with the numbers you post you'll be a beast up there... I'm hoping! I'm determined to try and keep my size. I would like to do a "tested" show. The one I was planning on last year ended up not testing and I would have absolutely no chance.

Terry,why not diet and train with a contest in mind and if you think you`re ready,jump in,if not,there will always be another show coming up in the future. Great place to try it with all of the experienced competitors here to help out. Whatever you decide,keep busting butt in the gym bro!!

b) Dips: bodyweight x fatigue
Total gym time: 60 min.
A pretty good workout today. I reduced the weight a bit and didn't go as heavy as Monday. Also changed a couple of exercises around for a little more variety. Still, this was one very tough workout.
