An awesome workout again. I was able to reach another PB on the HS Leg Ext!!! Very happy with this...unfortunately, no more plates can fit on it! My new training partner didn't make it in today...I take full responsibility for this since I worked the poor SOB to the bone. I guess Heavy Duty isn't for the weak at heart!! ;D

Thanks Joel. The ankle feels okay today but it's up and down. One day I'm fine, the next day I can't walk! I hope with all the therapy I'm going through, something will help.
